Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Energy Bites

 Fuel your day with these no-bake energy bites that are packed with healthy goodness. The combination of the ingredients delivers a treat that tastes just like raw peanut butter cookie dough!







Ingredients

½ cup medjool dates, pitted
½ cup all-natural peanut butter
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoons honey
2/3 cup oat flour
1 scoop Lean Body for Her peanut protein powder
1 scoop Lean Body for Her vanilla whey protein powder

Method

1. Soak dates in a bowl of water for 30 minutes. Drain water then blend dates in a food processor with peanut butter, almond milk, and honey until smooth.

2. Combine oar flour and protein powders in a mixing bowl. Add wet mixture to the bowl and stir to combine.

3. Using your hands, roll about 2 tablespoons of batter into a ball and place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.

4. Place energy bites in the fridge for 1 hour, or until ready to eat. Enjoy!
