Let’s briefly sink
our teeth into the wizarding world of Harry Potter, one stuffed butterbeer
cookie at a time. Where did your imagination lead you as your read about the
famous butterbeer drinks often consumed by Hogwarts students in the Harry
Potter books? I thought of sweet butterscotch of some sort, with notes of
vanilla, caramel, and butter. Sounds delicious to me! Hogwarts’ butterbeer was
the main inspiration behind this recipe. And if you’re a fan, you’ll surely
love these cookies, made with ghee clarified butter, brown sugar, and vanilla protein powder.
All flavors that will make your butterbeer dreams come true!
