Ingredients
2 scoops banana protein powder
1 ripe banana
½ cup unsweetened
applesauce
¾ cup egg whites
2 cups almond meal flour
½ cup coconut flour
¼ cup powdered peanut butter
¼ cup xylitol or
sweetener of choice
¼ cup gluten free
chocolate chips
Method
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8x8 baking dish
with foil and spray with cooking spray.
2. Place banana, applesauce, egg whites, and peanut butter
into a large mixing bowl. Using a hand held mixer or large whisk, whisk
together until well combined. Add to the bowl the protein powder, almond flour,
coconut flour, powdered peanut butter, and xylitol. Combine and mix until batter
is smooth. Stir in chocolate chips
3. Pour batter into baking dish and smooth down with a
spoon. Bake in the preheated oven for 28-32 minutes. Let cool for 1 hour then
slice into 16 even squares. Drizzle with melted chocolate chips, if desired.
